1. Submit a ticket

To post a ticket, log in to your Customer Area from our website http://www.hosteur.com/ or by directly entering the URL https://manager.hosteur.com/ .

Then go to the Support section and click on Create a ticket.

 

 

Enter a ticket title (enter a coherent title related to your request), choose the department concerned and the type of request in the respective drop-down lists and write your message in the box provided.

Finally, click on the Send button.

 

 

Your request will be sent to our technical support team who will answer you as soon as possible. You will be notified by email when your ticket is answered.

If you want your request to be treated as a priority, we recommend that you subscribe to one of our priority support options, which we will discuss below.

2. Order the priority support option

If you need a quick response time, it is possible to order a priority support option from your customer area. This option can be found in your Manager, under Dashboard then Upgrade (just below your ID and name).

 

 

Select the level of support that suits you, and click on Order. By default, you have the BEST EFFORT SUPPORT which is totally free.
